Returns and Exchanges


If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free exchanges and returns for store credit within 10 days of receiving your package.

In order to adhere to social distancing mandates and protect the safety of our staff, please kindly note it may take up to 7 business days to inspect and process your exchange once it has arrived at our returns facility.

If approved, an exchange of equal value or store credit will be processed immediately. Original shipping charges are non-refundable & we do not cover the cost of return shipping.

Carefully package your items in the original box including all packaging materials. We only accept returns and exchanges for goods that are unused and new. If your return arrives to our offices damaged, then your return will be denied. For this reason, we highly suggest you insure your return with your chosen shipping carrier. You will be notified by email if there are any issues with the return.

WHAT CAN I RETURN?

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Crystal confetti and mystery scoops are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Returned items must arrive to our offices new and have no visible signs of wear or use
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

HOW DO I INITIATE A RETURN?

  • Email us at info@hushandflourish.com with your order number and email address and let us know what items you would like to return
  • All requests are reviewed within 5 business days - if approved, you will receive shipping guidelines, otherwise we will contact you for more details
  • Ship packages in original packaging and insure your package with the shipping carrier
  • All returns requests must be received within 10 days of delivery date

HOW WILL I GET MY REFUND?

ARE THERE ANY FEES FOR RETURNS?

  • Customer is responsible for the cost of insured shipping back the product to our Portland, Oregon location
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
