Order Processing and Shipping Times

SHIPPING DELAYS: Most packages arrive within the expected delivery times, but please be aware of potential shipping delays. If you have a shipping concern, then you must contact the shipping provider (USPS, UPS, etc.)

Once an order has been placed, please allow 1-4 business days for your order to be processed. You will receive a notification email with a tracking number when your order has shipped.

Once an order is processed, it will be shipped to the customer though USPS. Orders ship from our offices in Portland, Oregon.

We offer two shipping options

FLAT RATE SHIPPING

Flat rate shipping is $8 for all packages under 20lbs. If your package is more than 20lbs then USPS will determine the shipping cost depending on weight. There is no minimum purchase for this fee. Flat rate ships USPS from Portland, Oregon as soon as your order has been processed. We highly recommend adding insurance to orders. Purchase extra insurance here.

FREE SHIPPING AT $100

Orders totaling over $100 ship free. This includes single orders as well as open basket orders. Contact us to set up an open basket to reduce shipping costs. Free shipping ships USPS from Portland, Oregon as soon as your order has been processed.

Responsibilities

Hush and Flourish have no control of your package after shipment. Please use your tracking number to stay updated on the status of your order. By making a purchase at Hush and Flourish, you agree that Hush and Flourish will not be held responsible for any lost, broken or delayed packages that may happen during shipment.

Hush and Flourish are not responsible for any taxes or duties on shipments. Please refer to your local customs and tax laws to calculate fees.
